We understand that life sometimes gets in the way. We ask only that you let us know as early as possible so we can offer your slot to another client.
Notice Required
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange any appointment. To cancel or rearrange, please use our online booking portal or call us on 0114 268 2325. Please do not cancel via social media.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged up to 50% of the service value. We reserve the right to apply this charge at our discretion, particularly where the slot cannot be filled.
No Shows
Clients who do not attend without any notice will be charged 100% of the service value. Repeated no-shows may result in us being unable to accept future bookings without a deposit.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to carry out your full service, as this impacts other clients. The full service price may still apply.
Deposits
For certain services and new clients we may ask for a deposit at the time of booking. This is deducted from the cost of your service and is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Blow Dry Club Bookings
Blow Dry Club members must cancel via the online booking portal only. Missed appointments without notice are charged at standard salon pricing. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a £10 fee applies.
Illness
If you are unwell, please do not come to the salon. Call us as soon as possible and we will rearrange your appointment without charge. We appreciate your consideration for our team and other clients.
